TERCOS TORRONTES
Torrontes is the signature white grape of Argentina. Pale yellow with faint greenish highlights, this wine has an unmistakable classic rose and white floral aroma. A pleasant melange of tart grapefruit, peak, apple and sweet pineapple is supported by a lively, crisp acidity. This is a playful wine with a freshness that lingers.

PENALOLEN CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and brilliant purple hue. Ideally balanced between earthy and fruity notes, this wine presents aromas and flavors of black currants, wild strawberries, mint, dried herbs and a rich balsamic finish. Round and lush, the wine is supported by fine, tight tannins lingering into the finish.

MAQUIS CABERNET FRANCE
Cabernet Franc is often an under appreciated grape, lost in blends with rich, bold grapes like Cabernet Sauvgnon and Merlot. But on its own, Cabernet Franc can offer a subtle, graceful elegance that makes a lasting impression. This bright, vibrant red wine offers sweet red berry fruit, baked plum and warm cedar notes. The tannins are sculpted and firm, just coming into maturity. The sweet oak notes linger, lending a warm spiciness to the juicy, fruity finish.

MAQUIS LIEN RED
This Chilean red is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, Syrah and Petite Sirah. With the intent of producing bold, concentrated fruit, the Hurtado family restricts vine yields to a maximum of 12 bunches of grapes per plant. This ensures a wine that offers plentiful jammy, ripe fruit notes. 12 months of French oak aging provides a warmth and richness that pairs well with the peppery spice from Syrah and the herbal notes from Cabernet France.

PORTLANDIA PINOT NOIR
This Oregon Pinot Noir sourced from the Willamette and Rogue Valleys, is a youthful, lively example of the grape. The nose is bright with red cherry and hints of pipe tobacco. The palate is vibrantly acidic and spicy, with red berry and plum notes and a clean underlying minerality.

ROSSO DI CA’MOMI
This is a proprietary red blend of grapes sourced from throughout Napa Valley. The nose is bold with caramel and fig aromas, along with notes of coffee and chocolate. Lush and medium bodied on the palate, ripe red fruit flavors mingle nicely with cedar and coffee notes. Powerful grip and balanced acidity carry you into a pleasing and long finish.

BLEASDALE LANGHORNE CROSSING RED BLEND
This blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Malbec from South Australia, offers bright red berry fruit and warm spice on the nose and palate. The ripe fruit profile and gentle tannins are hallmarks of this vineyard region, while a complex minerality is imparted by the alluvial soils of the floodplains.

OPOLO VINEYARDS SUMMIT CREEK ZINFANDEL
Paso Robles is quickly creating a name for itself in the production of ripe, juicy, full-bodied red wines, and Opolo Vineyard wines are no exception. This Zinfandel presents a bold nose of black cherry, licorice and beef jerky. The palate is equally bold with dense flavors of blueberry, leather and dried tobacco all carried of well-structured, but silky tannins.

Come and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a free wine tasting! Here’s what we’ll be pouring from 3-7pm:

BRUNN GRUNER VELTLINER
Gruner Veltliner is the signature grape of Austria, producing spicy, vibrant white wines. Hand harvested in small batches from the Estate’s vineyards, the grapes are pressed and then aged for a short time in large Slovenian casks, imparting a gentle, delicate oak touch. The palate is light and acidic with abundant citrus and green apple flavors along with clean mineral notes and a classic white pepper finish.

SAN FELICE CHIANTI CLASSICO
Chianti Classico is a small, independent appellation within the greater Chianti region. Chianti Classico wines must be a minimum of 80% Sangiovese, allowing only other red varietals to complete the blend. Medium-bodied with a dry earthy elegance, this wine presents notes of red cherry, raspberry and sweet dried violets. Delicate tannins and a fresh acidity make this wine a superb and effortless food companion.

PICULIT NERI RED
This red blend hails from delle Venezie in northeastern Italy (an area that includes Veneto, Fruili-Venezia Giulia and Trentino). The palate is plump and soft with sour cherry and moist earth flavors. The finish is medium in length and has a pleasant cleansing quality.

COOLE SWAN SUPERIOR IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR
As a nod to St. Patrick’s Day, we’re pouring some delicious Irish Cream. A blend of single malt Irish whiskey, white Belgian chocolate and natural dairy cream, this liqueur is smooth, sweet and decadent. Spicy notes from the whiskey mingle with flavors of vanilla, cocoa and sweet cream creating an experience that is warm, rich and satisfying.

MOULIN DE GASSAC GUILHEM ROSE
This blend of Syrah and Carignan is made by the direct press method, where whole red grapes are crushed and pressed at the same time resulting in very pale, pink juice. The nose bright with wild strawberries and raspberries with gentle floral accents. The palate is light, crisp and clean with more red berry fruit, hints of citrus zest add a lingering minerality. This wine is just begging for Spring to hurry up!

TEMPERMENTO BOBAL
Bobal is a grape indigenous to the Valencia region in Spain. Typically used as a blending grape in bulk wine, it has started to receive more attention on its own, producing dense and chewy wines. This wine is full-bodied with rugged texture and a wealth of dark baked berry flavors, fading to rich, toasted oak notes.

LOCA LINDA MALBEC
These grapes came from low yield vineyards in the Uco Calley, Mendoza. The warm climate of this valley is ideal for developing aromas and structure. Medium bodied with easy tannins, the palate expresses plentiful black cherry and raspberry fruit with hints of violets and toasted vanilla on the finish.

LES HERETIQUES RED
The south of France is a gold mine for great value wines. The wine rules are more relaxed in these areas allowing vintners to be more creative with their vineyards and varietals. This flexibility often translates to cost savings that are passed on to consumers. This Minervois wine is 100% Carignan and will surprise you with its depth and energy. Medium-bodied with strong, but easy tannins, this wine is unoaked, leaving pure and plentiful ripe berry fruit to fill out the palate.

BANSHEE SAUVIGNON BLANC
The cool climate and plentiful sun of Sonoma County offers up fruit that is ripe and balanced. This medium-bodied wine has a brisk, lively palate full of vibrant pear, green apple and lemon meringue flavors with a delicate honeysuckle finish.

R BLEND BY RAYMOND 
This field blends is a throwback to the days when vineyards were planted with many different varietals and the grapes were all picked and vinified together. A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, this wine presents a concentrated and complex profile. Medium to full-bodied, this wine presents layers of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and warm spice.

MORDECAI BANSHEE RED
This blend used Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel to lend it weight and structure. Merlot, Carignan, Cabernet France and Cinsault add depth and complexity. Ripe red and blue fruits are accompanied by dried herbs and spiced blackberry liqueur. Round and plush, this wine is a pleasant and satisfying drink.

FREAKSHOW RED
One of acclaimed Michael David Winery’s big hits, this Lodi blend pairs the wild, untamed muscle of Syrah with the refined, polished structure of Petite Sirah. Aromas of baked berry cobble, espresso and roasted nuts rise aggressively from the glass. The palate is full bodied and velvety with rich flavors of jam, toffee, dark chocolate and warm tobacco on the finish. A big, gregarious wine and an excellent value.

BLINDFOLD
This creative white blend, from The Prisoner Wine Company, begins with a base of Chardonnay, fleshed out with aromatic varietals like Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Marsanne. Complex and intriguing, this wine offers a nose of honeysuckle and grilled stone fruit. Th palate is rich and creamy, but is balanced by a fresh acidity. Flavors of toasted hazelnut, citrus zest and creme brulee carry you into a soft, mineral driven finish.

SALDO
Saldo is The Prisoner Wine Company’s answer to the classic California Zinfandel. It is sourced from old vine, dry farmed vineyards, producing concentrated complex fruit. Deeply colored with aromas of blackberry, plum and clove, this wine maintains a balanced, mouthwatering acidity. The palate is velvety and full with flavors of sweet chocolate, ripe cherry and vanilla lingering into the finish.

MERCER MERLOT
This Merlot is elegant, yet powerful. It opens with notes of ripe cherries and blackberries underscored by hints of warm baking spice. The palate is full and round, supported by velvety tannins and a balanced acidity that makes this an excellent dinner companion.

MERCER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Sourced from Mercer’s estate vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills appellation of southern Washington, this Cabernet offers a juicy nose of blueberry, plum and blackberry jam. This lush fruitiness is complemented by rich notes of tobacco, vanilla and caramel. The palate is sleek and velvety with additional jammy fruit and a hint of dried mint on the finish.

JOSEPH MELLOT SANCERRE “LA CHATELLENIE”
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards with flint-rich clay soils, giving this wine a characteristic gunflint flavor. Pale gold with greenish highlights, this wine offers a rich nose of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is bright and cheerful with a lively acidity and clean mineraliity that begs for an pairing of shellfish and soft cheese.

PURPLE HANDS PINOT NOIR
There is a reason that the Willamette Valley in Oregon has earned international reputation name for excellent Pinot Noir. The climate and terrior of the area produces fruit that is bold, forward-flavored and yet still balanced and elegant. This fine example carries loads of succulent fruits, like cherries and plums. Warm spice and hints of cherry cola add a depth and richness that lingers on the smooth, silky palate. Effortlessly drinkable!

GIBBS MERLOT
Sourcing the fruit from valley floor vineyards of Oakville, Napa, ensures optimal ripeness of the grapes. That ripeness, along with extended maceration (immersion of grape skins in juice) produces a wine that is boldly colored with firm, well-formed tannins. A complex palate of blue and black fruits, baking spice and dark chocolate gives you a round, juicy texture and long, silky finish.

CALERA CHARDONNAY
This Central Coast Chardonnay is a bright and balanced wine. Playful smells of hybiscus and pineapple greet you, while flavors of apple and lemon curd finesse your palate. Oak aging has imparted this wine with soft, juicy texture and a bright sweet-tart finish. Delicious and easy drinking!

MICHAEL DAVID PETITE PETITE
A blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot, offering a joyous explosion of color and fun! It is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

REVELRY REVELER
This Washington red wine is composed of Bordeaux varietals (Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot), with each vintage determining the ideal blend. Ripe blue fruit, baking spice and dark chocolate flavors are supported by chalky tannins and a firm acidity. Enjoy this wine in front of a warm fire with a cheese plate.

REVELRY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This Columbia Valley Cabernet provides a profile of ripe red berries, plum and sweet vanilla. 14 months in new oak lends this wine defined tannins and balanced structure. Medium to full-bodied and boldy flavored, this wine is balanced in a way that makes it effortlessly drinkable, both with food and on its own.

KUMEU RIVER CHARDONNAY
This Australian Chardonnay is split 75/25% stainless steel and French oak. This allows the wine to maintain a purity of fruit character while still having body and complexity. A lemon-lime nose guide you into a palate of fig and white peach with a flinty minerality. Refreshing and cleansins, enjoy with with light bites or seafood.

MARTIN RAY SONOMA PINOT NOIR
This wine is an excellent reprentation of a classic Sonoma Pinot Noir. The nose is rich and intense with notes of blackcherry, elderberry and dried rose petals. The palate is lush and juicy with flavors of cherry cola and dark earth undertones. French oak aging adds underlying hints of vanilla and toffee. Delicious and quaffable!

MARTIN RAY RESERVE NAPA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 16 months in French oak barrels. Strong and structured, this wine offers a bouquet of cherry, cassis, violets and exotic spices. The palate is medium bodied with well-structured tannins and a graceful, lingering finish.

NORTON PRIVADA
This 91 point wine (Wine Advocate) is a blend of 40% Malbec and 30% each Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Intense and complex, bright red fruits mingle with notes of smoke and coffee. Fine, velvety texture and a cleansing acidity make this wine a fine companion to roasted meats and strong cheeses.

SHARECROPPER PINOT NOIR
With Owen Roe’s Sharecropper wines, they work in partnership with local farmers who provide grapes and then receive a share of the profits from the wine sales. This Pinot Noir has brilliant aromas of fresh strawberries and cherry pie. The palate is lush with subtle tannins and mouthwatering acidity. Rich flavors of dark berries and plums mingle with notes of dried herbs, cocoa and vanilla. Drink now or put away for several years and see the depth and richness evolve.

GRAZIANO ZINFANDEL
Mendocino, one of the northern-most wine growing regions in California, has long been known for producing powerful, complex Zinfandels. This vintage shows a deep, inky purple color and offers a rich nose of boysenberry, plum and cedar. The palate has generous mouth-feel and ripe flavors of plum, cherry cola and an earthiness that is unique to this region and its rusty red soils. Open this bottle with richly flavored meats and pungent cheeses.

MT VEEDER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Napa Valley represents the epitome of New World Cabernet production and Mt Veeder does that reputation proud. This wine is intensely colored with a nose of blackberries, dried herds and warm spice. The palate is lush and soft with fine, velvety tannins and ripe flavors of blackberry pie, cassis, dark chocolate and spiced vanilla. I enjoyed this wine during the holidays with a roast tenderloin of beef and it was a stellar pairing!

AR GUENTOTA MALBEC
This 100% Malbec from one of Mendoza’s top regions is made of fruit from 100+ year old vines. This Old Vine fruit ensures a deep concentrated and complex wine. Bright ruby in tone with a nose of blueberry and black berry this is a powerhouse wine. The palate is rich and velvety with a lively acidity and fine tannins. The dark berry fruit continues on the palate with rich underlying notes of aged balsamic and sweet vanilla. Balanced and elegant, this wine has a long, lingering finish.
